DetailThe Dartwood Gore-Tex® motorcycle shoes combine maximum riding and walking comfort with high levels of certified protection. The Dartwood Gore-Tex® shoes are both waterproof and breathable, owing to the Gore-Tex® Extended Comfort membrane. The upper is made of full-grain leather, and safety is guaranteed by reinforcements on the toe and heel and by ankle protection inserts in D3O®, a material that has the ability to become rigid in the event of a collision, thus protecting the foot only when necessary. The Groundtrax® sole, made of wear-resistant rubber, also ensures safety, as well as stability even on slippery ground, as its particular construction with hexagonal tread allows for better traction. Maximum protection is guaranteed by the special Zplate® insert in molded polymer, which combines transverse rigidity for maximum safety and longitudinal flexibility owing to its Z-shape. Zplate® allows the shoes to follow all the natural movements of the foot, both when riding and when walking, while simultaneously protecting it by ensuring the shoes are not crushed in case of impact. OrthoLite® insoles offer long-lasting comfort, due to both their level of cushioning and breathability. Fastening is easy, owing to the side zipper system and the laces, which can be easily tidied away below the elasticated band on the tongue.

I have ordered an item from your website. When will it be sent?
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday within 2 working days from the payment reception.
Orders received over the weekend or on public holidays* will be processed the next working day.
(*Italian public holidays are on the 1st and 6th of January, Easter Sunday and Monday, 25th of April, 1st of May, 2nd of June, 15th of August, 1st of November, 8th of December, 25th and 26th December)
Once an order has been packaged, it will be collected by a courier service who will deliver it to the customer.

Which courier will deliver my order?Shipments leaving Italy for worldwide delivery will be sent via DHL or UPS.

Where is the tracking number of my order?When the order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail confirming it is on the way. The courier's name and tracking number will be in the e-mail. The same information will be available on your ACCOUNT area or in the ORDERS & RETURNS area so that you can monitor the progress of your delivery at any time on the courier's site.

Can I cancel an order?No, it's not possible to cancel or amend an order which has already been confirmed, since the processing of an order is automatic. It will be necessary to wait for the delivery of the goods and proceed with a return.
