DetailTCX Climatrek Surround® shoes are designed to offer the perfect combination of protection when you’re riding your bike and versatility when you come off it, in every situation, from urban to outdoors. Climatrek Surround® is a certified shoe with reinforcements on the ankle, toe and heel, laced with lace holder and reflective inserts. TCX Climatrek Surround® certified motorcycle shoes are designed to offer maximum waterproofing and breathability, through the combination of the Gore-Tex Extended Comfort® membrane and Gore-Tex Surround® technology. The technical fabric coupled with the waterproof and highly breathable Gore-Tex Extended Comfort® membrane is combined with the special Gore-Tex Surround® construction designed to channel heat and moisture outwards also through the sole, equipped with a ventilation grille to allow perfect insulation from atmospheric agents and at the same time promote a continuous heat exchange between the inside and outdoors, ideal for hotter climates and three-season use. The Groundtrax® sole features a special tread pattern and compound designed to ensure stability and grip on the foot pegs and controls, combined with maximum traction and great comfort when walking on all terrain. The OrthoLite® foam insole allows air to circulate, wicking away moisture and keeping the foot dry at all times. The material can compress and easily return to its initial state, so that cushioning, fit and comfort are unchanged over time.

I have ordered an item from your website. When will it be sent?
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday within 2 working days from the payment reception.
Orders received over the weekend or on public holidays* will be processed the next working day.
(*Italian public holidays are on the 1st and 6th of January, Easter Sunday and Monday, 25th of April, 1st of May, 2nd of June, 15th of August, 1st of November, 8th of December, 25th and 26th December)
Once an order has been packaged, it will be collected by a courier service who will deliver it to the customer.

Which courier will deliver my order?Shipments leaving Italy for worldwide delivery will be sent via DHL or UPS.

Where is the tracking number of my order?When the order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail confirming it is on the way. The courier's name and tracking number will be in the e-mail. The same information will be available on your ACCOUNT area or in the ORDERS & RETURNS area so that you can monitor the progress of your delivery at any time on the courier's site.

Can I cancel an order?No, it's not possible to cancel or amend an order which has already been confirmed, since the processing of an order is automatic. It will be necessary to wait for the delivery of the goods and proceed with a return.
